A custom server-to-server integration that automates the program-agreement sending step of our new high-ticket coaching client onboarding workflow. Built for internal use by Coach Benny (operating under Warrior's Quest LLC, benny@lover-fighter.com).
When a new coaching client completes our sales process, our staff trigger a structured Slack mention which queues the client in our internal dashboard. As part of that 29-step onboarding flow, this DocuSign integration:
- Reads the new client's name, email, and program details from our internal Airtable record.
- Creates a DocuSign envelope from our standard "GYEB Document" template pre-filled with their Total Program Fee, Payment Plan selection, and Start of Coaching date.
