These two files are stored in:
/etc/init.d/memcached
/usr/share/memcached/scripts/start-memcached

Create config files for each memcached instance:
cp /etc/memcached.conf /etc/memcached_myserver_1.conf
cp /etc/memcached.conf /etc/memcached_myserver_2.conf
