Below are my personal notes related to the Nvidia Jetson Nano Dev-board.

Performance Management

Nvidia allows your to fine tune the performance of your Jetson nano. More on this here.

Show the current settings

sudo /usr/bin/jetson_clocks.sh --show

Maximize the CPU, GPU and EMC clock rates. FULL POWAH.

sudo /usr/bin/jetson_clocks.sh

External Fan

Nvidia recommends the Noctura NF-A4x20 5v fan. Ensure you are buying the 5 volt and not its 12 volt brother.

Enabling Fan

sudo sh -c 'echo 255 > /sys/devices/pwm-fan/target_pwm'

Disabling Fan

sudo sh -c 'echo 0 > /sys/devices/pwm-fan/target_pwm'
