Hashtack is not the typical dev shop. You will not only work on clients' projects but also help to build our set of internal products (yes, real products that will serve real users). What you'll be doing
* Participate in the software development process of unique projects for different clients in different industries
* Meet with clients to give updates and participate in the different meetings they propose
* Lead the engineering team and help to develop a unique product for the Spanish Inmigration System appointment system
* Expand our knowledge share writing about technologies and patterns you are passionate about
* Report to the founder about current client projects and communicate about the progress in the internal products

What you should have
* Minimum of 5 years of experience building Ruby on Rails applications
* Very fluent spoken and good written English
* You are independent and able to carry on a project from requirement gathering to final delivery

Bonus Points
* You have led a team of developers or acted as a project manager
* You have DevOps experience
