TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF MEMBERSHIP

1. INTRODUCTION AND ACCEPTANCE
1.1. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern membership in and participation with 86 Club UAE (the "Club", "we", "us", or "our"), an unincorporated community of automotive enthusiasts based in the United Arab Emirates.
1.2. By submitting a membership application via our Google Form, joining any of our communication channels (including but not limited to WhatsApp, Facebook, or Instagram groups), or attending any community event, you ("Member", "you", or "your") confirm that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
1.3. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must not apply for membership and must not participate in any community activity.
1.4. The Club reserves the absolute and unconditional right to amend, modify, replace, or supplement these Terms at any time. Continued participation following any such modification constitutes acceptance of
