王令冠,101/3/27,聯合報,21律師轉任法官圓夢,【記者王文玲╱台北報導】「當法官是我的夢想」，律師轉任法官人數今年創新高，共有廿一位律師將轉任法官，他們的執業年資從三年到十八年，有學醫技出身，有專打離婚官司，有當過法官助理，他們都想當有同理心、熱情的法官。這廿一人將依執業年資接受卅五到七十五周的法官職前訓練，司法院長賴浩敏在昨天開訓典禮上提醒他們，不能把金錢物欲擺在第一順位，否則就「走錯行」了。賴也要求準法官們了解社會實況、現象，對人民負責，不要對當事人冷嘲熱諷，要避免恐龍判決，但也不能流於民粹。廿一人中最年長的是五十歲蔡英雌，她曾是國中校長營養午餐案的辯護律師。她指出，在訴訟中，檢察官總想追訴被告，法官則顯冷漠，許多當事人認為法官不懂他們心情，她希望將來當一位熱情的法官，看到當事人不易被看到的一面。執業最久，達十七年八個月的朱慧真，亳不留戀律師生涯，她說「我比較不會賺錢」，一心想做好法官工作。最年輕，今年廿八歲，執業三年的陳佳妤說，律師為一方辯護，當法官才能在判決裡放入正確價值。先生是牙醫的曹馨方，原學醫技，後改念法律，看到當事人無助，想做有同理心的法官；之前在女權律師賴芳玉事務所服務的楊捷羽，打過不少離婚官司，學會傾聽，想帶入法官工作。曾經參與聲請大法官六四三號解釋的謝宜伶認為，判決見解不但解決個案爭議，更可為他人立下處理準則，希望轉任法官做有意義的事。落榜多次考上律師的王令冠，不諱言辛苦歷程，要以體察「民間疾苦」的心情當法官。執業多年的吳紹貴、洪文浚，昨天未參加開訓，轉任資格不保。據司法院側面了解，兩人因來不及結束手邊業務，最後決
