TOOLS:

Download osx and copy to thumb drive or whatever storage you got.

sudo /Applications/Install\ OS\ X\ El\ Capitan.app/Contents/Resources/createinstallmedia --volume /Volumes/New\ Volume --applicationpath /Applications/Install\ OS\ X\ El\ Capitan.app --nointeraction
