- 1tbsp vegetable oil

- 1tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp granulated sugar
- 1 large pinch Chinese five-spice
- 2 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 tbsp cornflour
- 1tsp chili paste or chili bean paste
- 1tbsp light soy sauce
- 1tbsp hoisin sauce
