No matter what option the client has chosen–whether it’s a public equity offering, a private equity infusion, a debt raise or a merger or acquisition–negotiating the price and terms is the most crucial element to our clients maximizing their profits. | <p>After the terms and conditions of a transaction have been agreed upon, it can be difficult to navigate the process to closing, especially for owners and management who are already working at 100% to operate and grow a company. Foxcode acts as the "quarterback" for the various groups that a company encounters in the process, including teams of attorneys, auditors and appraisers, third party due diligence teams, and capital sources. During the process, we work to unburden our clients as much as possible so they can do what they do best: run their business. </p> | |

Mr. Stetsyuk is a member of American Finance Association (AFA), Financial Management Association (FMA), Canadian Academic Accounting Association (CAAA), and American Accounting Association (AAA).</p> | |

| <p>He is currently a Ph.D. Candidate in Strategic Management and International Business at the Fox School of Business of Temple University, where he has been awarded a University Fellowship for academic achievement, one of the most prestigious awards granted by the University.</p> | |
| <p>Mr. de Góes also holds an M.Sc. in business administration with concentrations in Marketing and International Business from the COPPEAD Graduate School of Business of the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (only South American full-time business program consistently ranked among the top 100 in the World by the Financial Times), where he also held a fellowship from the Brazilian National Council of Scientific and Technological Development (CNPq). He holds a B.A. from Saint John’s University, MN, with a major in Philosophy and a minor in French. </p> | |
| <p>After his graduation from COPPEAD, Mr. de Góes remained at the school as the Program Director for the International Business certificate program for 4 years, as well as lecturer of several different disciplines pertaining to the topic. During the four years he worked at COPPEAD, he acted as a strategy and marketing consultant to several domestic and multinational companies. Prior to his Masters, Mr. de Góes worked at the Brazilian Academy of Sciences in Rio de Janeiro and at the Carlson Marketing Group in Plymouth, MN.</p> | |

| <p>Kate’s confidentiality has earned her the trust of past employers as well. Prior to Foxcode, as executive assistant to a major financial services executive, she handled private banking matters, household staffs, calendars and travel. As personal assistant to the CEO of the Kingstree Group and Travel for Teens, Kate added value with research and advice. She was also able to do the nearly impossible–manage the educational and transportation needs of two teenagers.</p> | |

| <p>Mason McFalls, one of the newest members of the team, came to Foxcode, Inc. after working as a Financial Advisor for Morgan Stanley in the Atlanta market. In just 2 short years, Mason solely built his book of business to approximately 8 million through cold calling, unique marketing campaigns, and networking. Moreover, he built this book while also working with a large corporate stock plan team to manage the stocks of many publicly traded companies. | <p>In addition to working, Mason is also a community activist and enjoys working in both the philanthropic and leadership sectors. In particular, Mason spends the majority of his time working with organizations that aide under privileged children, as he spent 14 years of his life in the foster care system. To name a few, Mason was a member of the LEAD Atlanta Class of 2013, asked to serve a two year term on the Georgia Supreme Court Justice for Children Committee, and serves on the Application Committee for the nsoro Foundation.</p> | |
| <p>Mason earned his B.S. in Political Science while attending college on several major scholarships at the University of Georgia. Mason managed to graduate with honors even though he worked five different jobs, was highly involved on campus, completely a Congressional Internship in Washington D.C., and studied abroad in New Zealand and Fiji, and completed the Undergraduate Leadership Certificate Program. Jennifer distinguished herself in her ability to recommend appropriate capital structure alternatives to clients.</p> | |

In that capacity, she analyzed financial statements and assessed risk for large corporate clients with annual revenues of $500+ million. Jennifer was VP of Public Relations for PNC Emerging Leaders from March 2011 until she joined Foxcode. In this position, she helped provide the necessary resources to help young professionals develop a fulfilling career like her own.</p> | |
