Visited the Temple of Isis at Philae, Egypt this year.
Cool goddess, Isis. One of the things I learned in Egypt is that Isis is the Romanicised version of the name. You know the Romans, everybody is Horus and Brutus and such.
But the Coptics called her Ēse, and they would prey to this goddess for relief from disease.
Ease is indeed sacred.
