Qname minimisation, seen from RIPE Atlas probes

RIPE Atlas probes are typically installed in "geekier" networks so they probably use a QNAME-minimizing resolver more often than ordinary machines.

% blaeu-resolve -r 1000 -q TXT qnamemintest.internet.nl
