Hi Rashmi,
1) When the customer only has one offer there should be no need for the consumer to remove the sold out offer from their basket it should be done automatically but show the offer in a faded state with a sold out message. This logic should also apply to a basket that has multiple offers and one of them has sold out.
2) See other error message copy below:
Error scenario – Customer returns to basket and offer(s) have sold out, withdrawn or expired since the offer was added to their basket, we should be demonstrating on screen which offer can’t be purchased.
Error message – “An offer in your shopping basket is no longer available to buy, please remove this from your basket in order to checkout”
All other payment / registration / login/ max purchase per offer error messages currently in live at the moment should be retained.
Thanks,
Duncan
