# Richmond Pilots Website Requirements | |
## TYPES OF USERS: | |
* Any user: a public user with no restricted access, i.e. publicly available | |
* Candidate for membership: a public user that is in the process of applying | |
* Member: regular member of the club | |
* Board Member: member of the club serving on the board | |
## VOTING | |
* Both board members and/or members should be able to submit arguments that require board approval for display and vote once on a single matter with accompanying documentation if applicable. | |
## PUBLIC SERVICE INFORMATION | |
* Any user can view public service information (e.g. flying the Hudson River corridor, where to get cheap gas and other tips for flying in and around NYC). | |
## MINUTES | |
* Any member can review the minutes of any past meeting. | |
* Any board member can upload new minutes. | |
## APPLICATIONS FOR MEMBERSHIP | |
* A Candidate for membership should be able to apply online with secure document processing. | |
* Board members should be able to review an online application / accompanying documentation, discuss, and vote on approval or non approval of application. This process would represented as a checklist. | |
## BYLAWS / OPERATING REGULATIONS | |
* Any user should be able to read the current bylaws and operation regulations | |
## LIBRARY | |
* Members should be able to view a list of the entire club physical library and contact __ | |
## FLEET | |
* Any user should be able to view our current fleet and download aircraft specific documentation. | |
* Any member should be able to calculate the weight and balance and CG of a specific aircraft in the fleet | |
## ABOUT / CONTACT | |
* Any user should be able to review information about the club, meetings, history, prices, how to join, disclaimer, etc. | |
* Any user should be able to contact the club by telephone or submission form. | |
## MEDIA | |
* Any member should be able to submit a media page of text, images, links to video for review by all members. Additionally the member can decide whether or not they want the information publicly available. | |
* Any user can review a member media page if the page is marked by the authoring member as public. | |
## MOBILE | |
* Every aspect of the site should work on all smart phones / mobile devices (iphone / ipad / etc) | |
