Distribute 10,000 $CODE to all the participants who worked on Academy website (aka Academy MVP) until it launched on September 20th, 2022.
The 10,000 $CODE will be distributed based on a Coordinape process where all partipants can place their votes for who should receive these funds.
The calculation is based on reviewing the budget and determining what's been done and what is left to do based on that budget.
The budget doesn't make it clear how much to distribute specifically for MVP. The budget is also split between core members and bounties.

Looking at the "scope of work" section, most of that is complete. The metrics and roadmap are the only pieces left. The metrics aren't easily measurable with our current technology (except for potentially using Google Analytics).
The "bounties" budget has not been used yet, and half of it earmarked for building the forum.
10,000 $CODE is half of the budget.
That leaves 4,400 $CODE from "permanent tasks" budget, plus 5,600 from the "bounties" budget for continued S1 work.
