Tout le monde invente un élément de chaque. Faites-en quelque chose d'intéressant, mais n'en faites pas un roman. Mélangez les classes et distribuez-les. On ne peut pas démarrer avec la classe qu'on a inventé. Écrivez vos PV et les autres scores sur un bout de papier ou une fiche bristol. Mélangez les salles et écartez-en une. Mélangez tout le reste et tirez une des cartes quand vous cherchez quelque chose. De manière optionnelle, vous pouvez déclarer que vous cherchez des pièges avant de tirer la carte, et lancer un d20 pour égaler le ND du piège.
Combat – lancez un d6 pour l'initiative, un pour les PJs, un pour les monstres. Départagez les ex-aequo en relançant. Les monstres désignent aléatoirement leurs cibles. Pas besoin de miniatures ou de plan pour le champ de bataille. Si un membre du groupe est niveau 4, doublez le nombre de monstres présents.
Sorts – dépensez une partie de votre réserve de d6 pour essayer de lancer un sort. Si la somme de dés atteint au moins le ND
