Boil 4-5 spinach fettuccini nests in boiling water with salt (to taste) and olive oil (to keep from sticking)
Heat skillet to hot and coat with a tablespoon of olive oil. Cube tofu and cook to golden brown, flipping occasionally. Add more olive oil as needed to prevent sticking. Thoroughly coat with salt and fresh ground pepper

- Squeeze half a lemon, or add lemon juice
