- 12 oz raw pepitas
- 90g (3 oz, 0.5 cup) chia seeds
- 4oz hemp seeds
- 4oz raw sunflower
- 0.5 tbsp cinnamon
- 0.5 tsp hickory liquid smoke
- 0.5 cups honey
- 0.25 cups coconut oil
- 1-2 tsp salt (to taste)
- preheat oven to 350F
- Combine honey & coconut oil. Gently heat, whisk until combined
- Add salt, cinnamon, liquid smoke to honey & oil mixture
- Combine seeds, and add liquid mixture. Thoroughly mix.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, spread the mixture on the sheet, place oven
- Cook for 15-20 minutes (or until pepitas are browned), removing to mix thoroughly every 5 minutes.
