<dc:title>Occupational interests and values</dc:title>
<dcterms:abstract>This chapter explores the possibility of including measures of occupational interests and values in the Occupational Information Network's (O*NET) content model. Some prominent measures in these domains are reviewed and methods of assessing occupational interests and values within the context of O*NET are proposed. Evidence regarding the reliability and validity of these methods is reviewed in terms of their ability to address the goals of O*NET.</dcterms:abstract>

<dc:title>Counterproductive workplace behavior and college dishonesty: a meta-analysis</dc:title>
<dcterms:abstract>Counterproductive workplace behaviors and academic dishonesty have received much attention within their respective fields; however, there is attention to explicitly linking the 2 literatures. This meta-analysis produced a large correlation between self-report measures of deviant workplace behavior and academic dishonesty, indicating the possibility of an underlying tendency for deviance.</dcterms:abstract>
