Exporting password + one-time code data from iCloud Keychain is now officially supported in macOS Monterey and Safari 15 (for Monterey, Big Sur, and Catalina). You can access it in the Password Manager’s “gear” icon (System Preferences > Passwords on Monterey, and Safari > Passwords everywhere else), or via the File > Export > Passwords... menu item). You shouldn't need to hack up your own exporter anymore.
After my dad died, I wanted to be able to have access any of his online accounts going forward. My dad was a Safari user and used iCloud Keychain to sync his credentials across his devices. I don’t want to have to keep an OS X user account around just to access his accounts, so I wanted to export his credentials to a portable file.
Load testing is a good way to understand your website or web app behaviour under high traffic.
Here is how to use siege
, a simple CLI tool.
Note: Use siege only on sites you own as its traffic could be interpreted as a DDOS attack.
Using 100 concurrent requests and up to 3 seconds between requests:
To pull in dependencies and have them run their migrations in the parent apps' repo.
MyChild - A mix application with ecto migrations, schemas, etc. MyParent - A phoenix application that wants to leverage the child application.
In this case MyParent has added MyChild as a mix dependency via github, eg:

After automatically updating Postgres to 10.0 via Homebrew, the pg_ctl start command didn't work.
The error was "The data directory was initialized by PostgreSQL version 9.6, which is not compatible with this version 10.0."
Database files have to be updated before starting the server, here are the steps that had to be followed:
# need to have both 9.6.x and latest 10.0 installed, and keep 10.0 as default
brew unlink postgresql
brew install postgresql@9.6
brew unlink postgresql@9.6
brew link postgresql |
