_main_complete:164: _ignored: function definition file not found というエラーが出た

zshでのエラーみたい
tabを押して候補を出そうとする出る
* lsは途中からエラーがでる
* cdとcatでエラーが出た
こういうときは.zcompdumpを削除してシェルを新しくするといいらしい
