Project Expectations: What does each group member hope to get out of this project?
V: Better understanding of the tools we are using and when to use them, especially retreiving data that is nested 
V: Know and understand every step we are doing, and valuing what we create instead of finishing the project
C: I'd like to finish project, but have content that we understand

Goals and expectations:
V: If possible, work together and break up small parts
V: Full understanding of every aspect of the project
C: API especially work together because we've never seen that before

Team strengths:
V: Great hype about the difficult problems
V: Starting from scratch, able to let go of previous projects and start something new
V: Good communicator
C: Good communicator
C: Drive from difficult problems, learning strength

How to overcome obstacles:
V: When stuck and frustrated, he reverts to imposter syndrom -> make sure to relax and breathe
V: Critical to self when not understanding -> being ok with asking for help & being wrong
C: Communicating when there is a problem -> take breaks when needed
C: Constructive and positive criticsm

Schedule Expectations (When are we available to work together and individually?):
V: Night owl trying to become a morning dove
C: Morning person but I can go until like 9pm.
C: Saturdays 8am - 12pm and Sundays all day
V: Free on weekends
C & V: Weekdays bed by 10:30pm

Communication Expectations (How and often will we communicate? How do we keep lines of communication open?):
V: Text over slack
C: Keep updated on progress

Abilities Expectations (Technical strengths and areas for desired improvement):
V: Get scared of talking, love/hate getting made to explain things - make sure C can walk through and push to ask questions
C: Focus on navigating instead of driving

Workload Expectations (What features do we each want to work on?):
V & C: 50/50%
V & C: prefers driving

Workflow Expectations (Git workflow/Tools/Code Review/Reviewing Pull Requests):
V: 5 minute DTR before work
C: Even PR

Expectations for giving and receiving feedback:
V: to do list of what we want to accomplish that day & open communiation of what is being done
V: every day recap of what we did - 5 minutes
C: 	-Complimentary comment
		-Address the problem with honesty and in a constructive tone
		-Add ideas on how to fix the issue
		-Motivational comment
