1. Personal-use single-user application

MyGuru is a personal trading-alert application operated by and for its sole user, Clint Konzman. It is not offered as a public service. There are no third-party subscribers.

2. SMS program description

• Program name: MyGuru personal trading alerts
• Recipient: the operator-owner only (one phone number, hard-coded by the operator in private application configuration)
• Message frequency: estimated 1 to 10 messages per day during US stock market trading hours (9:30 AM to 4:00 PM Eastern, weekdays only). Frequency may be zero on quiet days. A

The application fetches market data from third-party APIs (Charles Schwab, Alpha Vantage, Finnhub) for the purpose of generating trading alerts to the operator-owner. No personal data of any third party is collected, stored, or transmitted.
