Iridescent is a science, engineering, and technology education not-for-profit organization that empowers underrepresented children to become self-motivated learners and inventors. I work primarily on Curiosity Machine, our open-ended, project-based learning program and online platform that that inspires students, families, and teachers to solve science and engineering problems together.

####Curiosity Machine Product Manager *January 2015 - present* - Lead web development for Curiosity Machine's shift to a membership-based earned-income model, working with the program team to define a vision, build new features, and iterate toward a platform that better supports educators in the classroom - Manage agile process and workflow for Curiosity Machine web development team, from determining feature scope to task priorization to acceptance testing new features - Analyze platform use data and develop user research practices to better advocate for users and inform product strategy - Communicate plans and progress to the Iridescent team through feature narratives, development updates, platform demos, and feature release notes

When CICS ChicagoQuest (CQ) opened in Fall 2011, its learning model focused on game-like learning, systems thinking, and design thinking, with an emphasis on technology integration, digital media production, and collaboration skills that prepare students for the 21st century. I joined the team in the summer of 2011 as a recent graduate and supported CQ's opening and development during the school's first 3 years.
