A fun-but-useful mapping where the character’s “role in the chaos” matches what the AI agent type does.

AI agent type	Hera Pheri character	Why it fits (simple explanation)
ORCHESTRATION	Shyam	The coordinator/“brains” who connects the dots, decides the next step, and keeps the whole operation moving (even when others are improvising).
SELF_SERVICE	Babu Bhaiya	The first-contact person. Tries to handle things directly with practical answers, and escalates only when it gets out of hand.
ANSWER_RECOMMENDATION	Raju	Proactively jumps in with suggestions — “I’ve got an answer for this!” Quick and confident (sometimes a bit too eager).
