Tested against chocolatey/test-environment 3.0.0 (Windows Server 2019)
Tested with the latest version of choco, possibly a beta version.
Tested with chocolatey-package-verifier service v1.2.2
Install failed. Note that the process may have hung, indicating a not completely silent install. This is usually seen when the last entry in the log is calling the install. This can also happen when a window pops up and needs to be closed to continue.

[ERROR] SSH connection was aborted! This usually happens when the machine is taking
[ERROR] too long to reboot or the SSH daemon is not properly configured on the VM.
[ERROR] First, try reloading your machine with `vagrant reload`, since a simple
[ERROR] restart sometimes fixes things. If that doesn't work, destroy your machine
[ERROR] and recreate it with a `vagrant destroy` followed by a `vagrant up`. If that
[ERROR] doesn't work, contact support.
