Packing lists

A. Basic Day Trip

Pack in grungy backpack.

  • Hammock
  • Table cloth/ground cover
  • Small fold-up chair
  • Water shoes?
  • Chapstick
  • Water bottle
  • Collapsible cooler, ice packs
  • Beverage tumbler with lid and/or coozie
  • Potions: sunblock, ointment, perscriptions, etc.

B. Add Backpack Camping

Pack in hiking pack.

  • Tent
  • Sleep pad
  • Solar lantern
  • Water filtration system
  • Cell phone solar charger
  • TP
  • Utility kit: matches, twine, box cutter, trowel
  • Mess kit, tiny stove, small cutting board, knife, fuel, cooking utinsils, flatware kit, pot holder
  • Bed roll (blanket, sleep hug)
