Analysis of CoTech proposals in Loomio to date.

I'm interested in the feasibility of requiring a quorum of 50% for a proposal to be accepted.

Summary

• I've used 26 as the number of co-op members. This is the number on our website.
• The "Unknown" column includes the number of voters where I couldn't determine the Co-op they represent.
• The "Max % column" assumes that the voters in the Unknown column each represent an additional co-op.
• 1 proposal had a 50% turn out if we exclude the unknowns.
• 7 proposals had a 50% turn out if all unknowns represent a different co-op.
