A passionate technophile, I worked for several Startups and IT companies including ManoMano, Veepee, D2SI, Praditus, af83, Accenture and SQLI, communication agencies including Mazarine Digital and La Chose, and was the founder of an interactive communication agency from 2005 to 2012 (Emeth Animation). 
Over 15 years experience designing and architecting resilient & scalable infrastructures. 
Responsible for the R&D project CEDRES at af83 (2012) that aims to apply recent results in social graph theory to industrial actors, particularly online social networking sites. 
My competences include all sectors of Digital and what is needed to achieve them, including staff and resources management, scheduling, budgeting. I'm always enthusiastic about technology... 
As a net result, I bring all-round capability within Software & Operation Management, as well as the ability to identify and implement improvement to enhance productivity or engage teams.

ManoMano today faces the challenges of a rapidly changing competitive landscape, evolving security requirements, and performance scalability. 
Now as a manager I help the growth of ManoMano. I built the Pulse team, colloquially known as the "Pulsauces". They are a special advisors (8) of the Security & Platform Engineering department that are designed to deploy and execute five doctrinal missions (Chapters): 
1. Foster a culture of Resilience through Chaos Engineering practices; Experiment in production to minimize failures blast radius 
2. Stepping back from hero culture during Incidents; Provide the framework for rapid and efficient management of incidents 
3. Monitor key business and systems metrics.; Encouraging services ownership through Observability. 4. Build a Performance culture; Avoid web performance drift and improving it instead 
5. Have visibility & control on cloud services consumption per department/uses through Finops. 
My mission is to reduce the risk of production downtime, Cloud budgets misuse or web performance degradation. I used gamification and incentive competitions to turn crowd into community (4 Chaos engineering events with hundreds of participants).

Firstly Site Reliability Engineer @ManoMano, I worked on the migration of the outsourced ManoMano Platform to Amazon Web Services (AWS), and then the construction of the current Platform. 
Areas covered in the Observability & Incident Management Domain include all things needed to understand the ManoMano IT as well as performance monitoring and handling the unexpected. Now I'm in charge of this kind of thing... and I love it.

I joined the SREs at Veepee, the captains, superstars, or heroes in these functions are multidisciplinary experts. 
The Veepee group brings together different European brands, consisting of 6,000 employees. A multi specialist online shop with distinct universes for fashion, home, travel, sport, beauty, children, food and entertainment. At Veepee, as Lead Site Reliability Engineer, I was in charge of a team (5) for the following product domains, B2B, BI, Data-science, Human Resources. We was in charge of building infrastructures and services, server administration and incident management on numerous Veepee applications. 
We tried to have a broad and deep understanding of networks, routing, switching, firewalls, load balancing, high availibility, disaster recovery, Transmission Control Protocol (TCP), User Datagram Protocol (UDP), monitoring, containers, NOC management, hardware specifications, the several flavors of UNIX, database technologies, storage infrastructures, crytography, algorithms, capacity planning... 
I led a team of nice guys!

D2SI (renamed DevoTeam Revolve) is an IT consulting firm specialised in Automation and more specifically in Devops strategy, public cloud, continuous integration, deployment and continuous delivery of applications. As a consultant at D2SI, I have worked for many clients, including Veolia, Renault & Renault Digital, Neovia. Lead Ops on the Renault Digital account, I worked on the constitution of a technical team (12) in charge of IT operations by managing a massive migration of the group's applications on AWS pushed by over 500 engineers. 
I persuaded colleagues to work on security initiatives, especially in companies with tiny security staff with small knowledge on cloud platforms. I tried to not be focus on the daily operational activities and other priorities identified by the top management.... To help the team, spend time with everyone and learn more about the technologies that we must known in the devops movement. 
I use my experience in software crafting and cloud computing to build CI to CD solutions for D2SI clients. Being particularly attentive to the Docker containers, images and registries security.
