Worked hard for this and have so many different versions of it but here is the latest, simplest and better version. The languages used only work for Windows: Batch (.bat) and VisualBasic Scripting (.vbs).

The link file (.lnk) is set to run the start.bat file as administrator because privileges are required to start a hostednetwork.
