The Apple IPSW should be iPhone3,1_5.1.1_9B206Restore.ipsw, NOT iPhone3,1_5.1.19B208Restore.ipsw, since the Geekgrade ISPW is iPhone3,1_5.1.19B206_GeekGrade.ipsw
