<P><STRONG>From Thursday 5 November, all staff across UnitingCare Queensland will see a new intranet home page when they launch their internet browser. Everyone will access their own service group intranet from this new home page.</STRONG></P>
<P>The content on your intranet has not changed, just the way you access your intranet has changed. You should continue to use your intranet in the way you usually would. Service group intranets will not be linked to each other, so everyone will still only have access to their own intranet.</P>
<P>The UnitingCare Queensland intranet will host information relevant to the whole organisation such as CEO updates, news and events, key documents, information from our shared functions such as ICT, fleet, procurement etc, and resources about our strategic initiatives such as reconciliation and sustainability. The content will be managed by a network of content managers helping to ensure that content is current and reliable. </P>
<P>Previously if our CEO, Anne Cross or anyone needed to communicate with all staff, messages had to be posted on four separate intranets. Having one intranet that we are all connected to is a major step forward in helping to connect our staff around the state.</P>
