Meal Plan

Breakfast - 520 calories

  • 2 eggs(scrambled)
  • 2 slices bacon
  • 2 slices toast (buttered)

Lunch (A Day) - 420 calories

  • Campbells Chunky Soup (1 can)
  • 1 raw vegetable (broccoli, carrots, etc.)

Lunch (B Day) - 471 calories

  • Salad (2 cups)
  • Chicken Breast Strips (9 oz)
  • Italian Dressing (2 Tbsp)
  • 2 Tomatos
  • 1/2 cucumber

Dinner options (when dinner isn't made for me.)

I need to come up with a few of these

Monday - Run 10k app
Tuesday - Walk
Wednesday - Run 10k app
Thursday - Walk
Friday - Run 10k app
Saturday - Something active with Family
