One approach is that we develop everything by ourselves from start.
that is what we did for taskcenter
another approach is to start from a known template

yes, we need to upgrade to angular translate 2.7.2
1. In web components we create, we may need translation.
if so, that has to be part of the component
it will be in bower_components/component/assets/lang/en/...

we have to do menus
there also people do their own thing and so it does not look consistent
one idea is to make menu creation - using js logic
