Sehr geehrter Kunde,

neben dem ausgezeichneten Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis unserer Produkte
legen wir besonderen Wert auf eine erstklassige Infrastruktur.

Mit der Einführung unseres neuen Netzwerkdesigns setzen wir die
Grundlage, um zukünftig höhere garantiere Bandbreiten und weitere neue
Features anbieten zu können.

Damit auch Sie als Kunde von der neuen Infrastruktur profitieren
können, werden wir in den nächsten Wochen und Monaten zahlreiche Switche
austauschen.

Wir planen in der Zeit vom 2. August 2016 23:00 Uhr (MESZ) bis
3. August 2016 05:00 Uhr (MESZ) den zugehörigen Switch Ihrer
folgenden Server zu tauschen:

SBxx #20xxxx (88.198.54.xx)

Während der Umstellung wird Ihr Server für maximal 5 Minuten nicht
erreichbar sein. 

Es ist notwendig sicherzustellen, dass die bereits beim letzten 
Bandbreitenupdate angekündigte Änderung in der Serverkonfiguration 
durchgeführt wurde.

Wir bitten Sie Ihre Konfiguration dahingehend zu prüfen, da nach dem
angekündigten Switchtausch keine Half-Duplex Kommunikation mehr möglich
sein wird.

Next to the excellent price-performance ratio of our products,
we attach great importance to providing our clients with first
class infrastructure.

The introduction of our new network design provides us with a basis
to offer higher guaranteed bandwidth and more new features in future.

So that you as a client are also able to benefit from the
new infrastructure, we shall be replacing a number of switches during
the coming weeks and months.

Between 2 August 2016 23:00 hours (CEST) and 3 August 2016 05:00 hours (CEST)
we are planning the change the switch corresponding to your server(s):

SBxx #20xxxx (88.198.54.xx)

During the changeover, your server will not be available for a maximum
of 5 minutes. 

In the past, we performed bandwidth updates and asked you 
to make changes to your server configuration. If you did not make these
adjustments, then no half-duplex communication will be possible with
your server after the upcoming switch exchange.

We want to remind you to check that you have already made the
necessary adjustments so that you will still be able to reach the
affected servers after the switch exchange is complete.
