I don't think this is right, the right list is here: https://help.apple.com/itc/podcasts_connect/#/itc9267a2f12 but it does not include music genres.
This python dict from the project podgen by tobinus seems more updated.
@Ciantic - I agree. I scraped the categories from the iTunes servers only a few days ago, and I only have 68 categories, not 109. There are no subcategories of music now, or of news & politics. Also "Kids & Family" is a top-level category, not a subcategory of Health & Medicine.
This list is old. iTunes has updated it recently. I needed the list for a project and scrapped myself. Here is the JSON of the most recent categories from iTunes: https://gist.github.com/rehmatworks/86942f2aab6d7b690403462b9c002648
