The image in this gist contains a workflow to use the LCM lora that lets you get consistent images with a low amount of steps.

Edit: Need to update to altest comfyui, it's built in

Where to download ModelSamplingDiscrete

You need to update using the UI, close everything and open again. (The update is not untuitive enough to explain that). (I've clicked on Update All, fetch updates, and update all again)
