Audio Description Panel or Discussion at Event
Hi There,
I’m sorry to bother you with this message, but I know the advertising distro-list will get checked faster and more likely by a living-breathing-person. 😊
I’m a blind front-end developer at Microsoft. I was born with a condition that caused my optic nerve not to develop. And I’ve grown up (attempting to) playing video games, watching cartoons, and even appreciating the Clooney Batman (don’t hate me).
As I’ve grown up media has become more accessible( http://bit.ly/2U4Ykpb ), and it has been amazing as streaming networks( http://bit.ly/2Vu0EHH ) have included a diverse audience, and availability has increased. As an adult I’ve come to enjoy originals like “Big Mouth,”(https://www.netflix.com/title/80117038) “Castlevania”( https://www.netflix.com/title/80095241 ), and of course movies like “Bohemian Rhapsody”( http://acb.org/adp/dvds.html#bohemian ).
I think this is an un-documented area of great talent in the world of modern media.
I’d like to humbly suggest your content team seriously consider and look into putting together a read session or panel highlighting this unique area.
With Warm Regards,
Cory Joseph
