Seems a bit happhazard. Of all the photos on the site, I'd say the vodka one is one of the least strong. I'm curious as to why you picked it.
The mouse over copywrite thing is unneccessary. Just put "All Images Copywrite Sam Hunt" somewhere in the footer. Better typography needed but here's the idea: http://i.imgur.com/XpMDEMN.png.
Having one nav element that drops down is strange. You have the space. Why not just make "People" and "Places" their own elements.
"Personal Work" is misleading. Did you not do the other stuff?
The literal sliding is distracting and feels slow. A quick fade between images might be more appropriate. Also, it might be a good idea to pick a nav option and stick with it. There doesn't seem to be much value in letting the user toggle between thumbnails and solid lines. It's a little annoying too when I change it to thumbnails, navigate to a different page and get lines again.
To be explicit, I'm talking about this http://i.imgur.com/X24GLMq.png vs. http://i.imgur.com/ZjAdBL9.png.
If you aren't going to do more with them, you might not want to have them. Having a mouse over caption that says "Johnny Walker" on a picture of a Johnny Walker bottle doesn't add much value. Mouse over's are also bad in general. They don't work on mobile. Just show it if you want it there.
I find myself really curious as to why you took a picture of Murray's and a comb. The picture is great, the colors are cool but a one sentence explanation might be nice. Font and layout should be nicer than this but here's the idea: http://i.imgur.com/NYTgTZa.png.
There's no way to link to one specific image. If I was looking to hire you or if I was Susan and wanted to show off a couple specific photos, the best I can do is link to a category and say "The one with the razor".
Your files are reasonably sized but even behind a T1 connection here at work, pages take a long time to load. You probably have all the files cached in your browser. Try going incognito and poking around. That'll give you an idea of what other people are seeing.
