Open folders and files with Sublime Text 3 from windows explorer context menu (tested in Windows 10)

Thanks, perfect one so far, especially menu disappears for Recycle Bin.

For some reason this open up sublime twice.. any fix ?
I already tried to remove all the keys and running the .bat again, same thing
