Which build parameters did you use? And did you adjust BIOS in any way? -- I can see that your post is from 3 years ago, so it's completely understandable if you dunno.

It was version 1.63

I'm facing similar issues with my AMD EPYC 7551 - Currently using version 1.90.1. I'll post an issue regarding it in a day or so.

I would like to know if there are regressions with EPYC/Naples.
Can you please post the output of the Memory Controller based on latest CoreFreq version ?
