- Butter both sides of two slices of bread
- Spread a light layer of cream cheese on one side of each slice
- (Optional) Spread a light layer of BBQ sauce on each slice
- Add the main cheese to one slice. Cheddar, prefarably. Shredded/grated is best. Make sure it reaches all those corners.
- (Optional) Sprinkle some Worcestor sauce over the cheese
- Assemble the sandwich. Marvel at its glory.
- Fry both sides in a pan over a medium heat, until the bread is evenly toasted. A little overdone won't hurt.
- Eat it.
