Curry ordering technical suport

I tried to order curry. I was hungry. The JustEat site glitched out and wouldn't accept veggi Korma and Saag Paneer at the same time, so I clicked live support chat....

It seems to be more a glitch with your connection with the website, but I have not encountered this type of glitch before.

Do you have another browser to try it on and see if you encounter similar issues?

the only other thing worth mentioning is that my internet is currently piped through my mobile phone

ok, in firefox, first glitch:

I entered a postcode: sw2 from the main page

but when I get to curry paradise it asks for one again in a modal dialog

then errors when I enter it again

Hmm, i'm wondering as you are running the internet through your phone you may be dropping some packets which means the website is not getting the full information you are entering. Are you able to access www.pingtest.net ?

okay same glitch on firefox

the internet isn't super fast, but it's stable for everything else

could you confirm that ordering the same combination of stuff from the same takeaway doesn't error for you

Feedback left:
Rejected orders, glitches on the site, allegations of being a robot - none of these things stopped this hero of a customer support agent. He should be put in charge of all the other robots and a golden statue should be built to honour him and set an example to all other others.
