  • Name of contact

  • Date of contact

    • "01/16/2017"

  • Outcome (i.e., did you get a response? If not, what is your follow-up plan? Did you meet? When? What was the result?)

    • "He has not yet respond. If he does not respond I'm going to reach out to Kurt Harriger instead."

  • How do you feel like this relationship will benefit you in your longterm professional development?

    • I think that having contacts in the field is super valuable. There will be plenty of situations in the next few months or years that I run into problems that I am not sure how to handle, but those with more experience can point me in the correct direction.
