No. I complained about this last February and had an ongoing discussion through May. I never got contacted by
anyone from the technical team as promised. Please replace or refund.

Hi Dan,
I am SO sorry to see whats happened. We recently had a staffing change a few months
ago, and I believe thats been a major contributor to this issue. I'd like to help arrange for
a swift servicing of the watch. Can you please let me know the Watch ID and serial
number, and I hate to ask you again, but you can also give me a short summary of the
problem as detailed as possible so I can pass it onto the service center.

Thank you. I'm not sure what you mean by "Watch ID".
It is Model: MSW11521JEWELS
S/N: 000390
The watch was working fine for a few weeks. Then one day I left it to charge overnight, and it didnt appear to charge. It
wasn't on, and wouldnt turn on.
I assumed I had misaligned the charger clip, and that the battery was dead. So verified it was connected, and left it for
a while again to charge. Still no luck.
Then I contacted support.
I followed their steps repeatedly. I tried a different USB cable. None of that worked.

As I previously mentioned there is no charging indicator. Repeat no charging message.
I've repeatedly tried to charge but I can't even get it to 50% like you suggest. Watch does not come on at all.
I want my money back. $500 for a watch that lasted less than a month and was only worn a handful of times.
