Biraj: Darren, I will be setting up your services on your account now. I will personally make sure that the account is set up correctly the way you want it to be. While waiting, may I ask you a few questions to make sure that we get you in the right package that suits your needs?

DARREN: I think I'm fine with the package I selected

Biraj: I understand your concern. However we have some great offer for our existing customer.

DARREN: ok let's see what you got then, but I'm not interested in any phone services

Biraj: Okay.

Biraj: Do you have family or friends in other parts of the country or abroad?

DARREN: no, I'm not interested in phone services

Biraj: Okay not a problem.

Biraj: I would like to inform you that Starter XF Triple Play package which will provide you with upto 80 digital channels for cable TV services, faster internet speeds compared to regular broadband services, and unlimited local and long-distance nationwide calling. This will address your needs for watching your favorite shows, provide a fast internet connection for your family, as well as emergency phone services at home. This package has a regular monthly rate of $139.95/mo but if you choose to sign up now, I can give you the package at $99/mo for the first 12 months. How does that sound?

Biraj: I understand the hesitation. However, with Xfinity Voice is not your ordinary phone service. With our phone service, calling 911 will be automatic, even when the person in need of emergency hasn't spoken yet! Your name and address are automatically forwarded by the call center to 911. Plus, with Xfinity phone services, you get to have Text Messaging service on your Android or Apple devices, or online at Comcast.net, at no additional monthly charge. Would you like to reconsider the offer?

DARREN: How many times have I said already I'm not interested in phone service?

Biraj: I apologize.

Biraj: You can always chat back with us whenever you change your mind. We are here for you 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. Or you may call 1-800-XFINITY for further information. Let me go ahead and process your requested service instead.
