I'm compiling a list of references on "rich data" or markup metadata, if you have something to add then please do in the comments below

@opattison That is awesome, thanks so much!

Actually, the last link is useful but this isn't going to be used in a Jekyll context. Side note though: I'm using something similar for my blog https://github.com/daviddarnes/david.darn.es/blob/gh-pages/_includes/meta.html

This is mine: https://github.com/opattison/olivermakes/blob/0712da61ba902a7da637226c0f698b4eb9ad1497/_includes/head/meta.html / https://github.com/opattison/olivermakes/blob/0712da61ba902a7da637226c0f698b4eb9ad1497/_includes/head/title.html

I’m figuring out how I can keep it minimal, but my imgix and jekyll-archives bits are useful enough to justify some of that complexity.

@opattison ah Archives, I don't have that luxury on GitHub Pages. Fingers crossed they add it in.

One more resource by the imgix team https://motif.imgix.com/ – not sure if this is too specific for your list, but it solves an interesting problem with images and Open Graph.

@opattison that's a pretty cool too, might be good inspiration for us. Thanks!
