A multi-level groupBy for arrays inspired by D3's nest operator.
Nesting allows elements in an array to be grouped into a hierarchical tree
structure; think of it like the GROUP BY
operator in SQL, except you can have
multiple levels of grouping, and the resulting output is a tree rather than a
flat table. The levels in the tree are specified by key functions.
See this fiddle for live demo.

Sometimes you want to have a subdirectory on the master
branch be the root directory of a repository’s gh-pages
branch. This is useful for things like sites developed with Yeoman, or if you have a Jekyll site contained in the master
branch alongside the rest of your code.
For the sake of this example, let’s pretend the subfolder containing your site is named dist
.
Remove the dist
directory from the project’s .gitignore
file (it’s ignored by default by Yeoman).

Setup GitHub Pages "gh-pages" branch as a subfolder within the "master" project on your local checkout.
If you plan on switching between different branches (e.g. git checkout master-experiment
then revert back with git checkout master
) you will loose your child
folder from this tutorial (because it's in your
.gitignore and is not part of your master
branch).
