Daniel De Aguiar is a seasoned software developer and architect with over ten years of consulting experience. He has worked in various technical capacities, from software developer to CTO, helping organizations grow their technical competency. Daniel has been applying Clojure to his consulting practice for the last three years and feels that functional programming languages coupled with the JVM provide extensive leverage in the construction of resilient systems that are highly modifiable.
Daniel was formally trained as a Geneticist and holds a doctoral degree in Biology from Harvard University.
