Convert cp437 bitmap to fnt format

Convert CP347 bitmap to .fnt format required by heaps engine

• Enter width/height of the cp437 tiles (8x16 by default)
• Outputs XML content to put in .fnt alongside the cp437 image

NOTE: This script could be easily modified to genrate an fnt file for any bitmap by simply changing the mappings array to match the bitmap
