  • Work through the The Sketchnote Handbook and Sketching User Experiences: The Workbook
  • Create case studies of past work and build out a proper portfolio
  • Teach a class longer than two sessions
  • Speak at a local meetup or local conference
  • Train for and ride the B2VT ride
  • Train for and run the Run To Remember 5-miler
  • Do some electronics projects with the Arduino
  • Take some drum lessons
  • Pay an extra mortgage payment every quarter
  • Start writing
  • Work on improving handwriting
